Buyers BEWARE Buyers BEWARE.... My husband and I bought a truck in April of 2016 has not even been three months. Our transmission had blown up. Our sales rep. Barry Buyers BEWARE.... My husband and I bought a truck in April of 2016 has not even been three months. Our transmission had blown up. Our sales rep. Barry was a complete LIAR. We were told the truck we purchased was in pristine condition. And the few small things (wear and tear) was being replaced. A week later the truck was finally ready. Barry called us to come down, we did and sat there for 5 hours!! Truck still not ready. We had to wait around all day to get a truck Barry and his Manager Doug knew would blow up at any time. ( the transmission shop told us the truck had codes in the history witch would lead to this very problem and a possible engine problem as well.) We called Doug for Weeks and he would have Barry call us back always to leave a message. Never to catch either of them. In the mean time my husband is missing a week of work. So We finally had it fixed and took our paperwork to the Wes Herr Dodge Dealership in Orchard Park to prove they did us wrong and have still yet to hear back from them! (Calling Daily) if they could do this to us with 5 small children (they met) they are heartless and will do this to your friends, family and all your loved ones too. Don't let this happen. Please spread the word and Avoid WES HERR all together. More
