Took my 2005 dodge magnum there for couple simple programming issues and once car was returned to me i found trash left in car,dash panels were removed and all fastners were not reinstalled or missin programming issues and once car was returned to me i found trash left in car,dash panels were removed and all fastners were not reinstalled or missing entirely,and now today i pulled the car put of the garage to do some minor maintenance i found multiple electrical issues of components not working which i know for a fact that everything was working before i took the car to them. Also let me add that the car was not driven since the day i picked it up from west herr dodge. More

Awful experience. Bought a used 2014 Jeep srt less than two years ago and have been in the repair shop more than a dozen times. Seems to be every few months. Every time I bring the jeep into the shop, comm two years ago and have been in the repair shop more than a dozen times. Seems to be every few months. Every time I bring the jeep into the shop, communication is terrible. I’m left stranded with no idea what’s going on. Every time I need a rental it becomes a huge hassle. They seem to think we can all just take a week off of work when we drop our vehicles off. As I purchased this vehicle I bought the silver extended warranty which has been awful to use because everyone at west herr becomes blind and brain dead when it comes to seeing if it’s covered under warranty. Also on top of that, if it so happens to be covered under warranty they will avoid you and make as many attempts as possible to find the blame on you, which leads to wasting even more time. I have waited 3-4 days just to hear back if a part was covered under warranty. Now, my last recent visit was the worst yet. I dropped my vehicle off for two days due to some electrical problems with awd and suspension issues. After two days i had called several times with no call backs and no updating. While in panic mode, I deciding to see if I could trade in this LEMON that they sold me. They offered me almost 15k less than what it was worth on KBB. I was appalled by this. I went back to the shop and said give me paper work that says what’s wrong with it. They then write up the most ridiculous list of the most expensive parts listed on it which came up to some ridiculous amount of money. Best part is, after two days of sitting there they didn’t even BOTHER to see what was covered under warranty while I was paying out of pocket for a rental car. Still to this day I’m waiting to even see what’s covered under warranty but since everyone goes blind, I’m not sure I’ll find out soon. So until then, I’m driving around a 44,000 dollar lemon they sold me. PS I have been trying to get into cantqct with someone before writing this review, but that too has been impossible. More
