Worst experience EVER! !! I purchased a 2016 jeep compass and have had nothing but issues since the day I got it. It's already had 1 new chip put in it and now they want ano !! I purchased a 2016 jeep compass and have had nothing but issues since the day I got it. It's already had 1 new chip put in it and now they want another 800.00 for another one. Now mind you it only has 31,000 miles on it. This vehicle was a piece of xxxx from day one and West Herr did nothing to make it right. So I'm going to put a sign in the back window saying "I bought this piece of xxxx at West Herr"and drive it around so everyone knows that they do not stand behind their product. Then come to find out there is a safety recall on the crankshaft sensor but because my vehicle didn't fall into the right VIN number they refused to correct this major safety issue. Oh and the 800.00 dollars they wanted to charge me for a part that cost $22.95 and 30 mins of work is just robbery. More

At 31,000 miles it seems they would stand behind their product. Not so. They want another 800.00 dollars this time to repair it. How this ever passed nys inspection is beyond me. I just want them to make this right. Do not buy from them. Especially used vehicle.I did not purchase an extended warranty because of the low mileage. Shame on me but more importantly SHAME ON THEM!!!!!!!! More

After reviewing my problem Allison was able to determine that the engine repair would be covered under my vehicles Chrysler lifetime engine/power train warranty. She kept me informed of issues in obtaining that the engine repair would be covered under my vehicles Chrysler lifetime engine/power train warranty.
