our new dodge durango I dont typically write reviews on anything at all. already knowing what type of vehicle we were looking for. we stopped in at west herr dodge of loc I dont typically write reviews on anything at all. already knowing what type of vehicle we were looking for. we stopped in at west herr dodge of lockport this was our first time looking at this dealership in lockport. interested in buying a new durango. the wife and i were met on the lot after browsing for a short period by a salesman by the name of john lopacki. for a salesman he was not pushy, asked if we knew what type of vehicle we were interested in. so we explained that we did have a particular vehicle in mind and john helped us through the entire process with no problems at all. we traded in a vehilcle with low miles and he got into exactly the vehicle that we were looking for. we could not have asked for a better experience from a sales individual. thank you john for a great vehicle. Everything scheduled for service for their various dealerships goes through some separate call center. The people at the call center couldn't give a crap about service. I spoke with "Jay" who apparently runs parts & service for the entire group of dealerships. He told me he has "27 people" taking calls, and setting appointments. 27 PEOPLE!!! Think about that. No wonder cars cost what they do! Some government agencies have less customer service employees. Yet, with all that incredible man power.......I couldn't make an appointment for an oil change until I called the corporate headquarters and spoke with "Jay." As the cool kids like to say..........Sad! NOTE TO JAY: Dear Sir, if indeed you do have 27 employees answering the phone in a remote location making appointments like you told me.....you don't run car dealerships Jay. You are running a failing telemarketing jobs program. While I'm sure the folks of western N.Y. appreciate the jobs, I'm just trying to get an oil change Jay. All I want is an oil change, in under an hour by a factory trained technician. Based on my experience, your company has grown FAR TOO LARGE to provide this simple service effectively. Therefore, despite creating 27 jobs, you simply cannot effectively stand behind the products you sell in any kind of credible way. Your corporate leadership has failed, and you've all lost sight of what's important......THE CUSTOMER. Not breakfast, not Monday morning excuses, not ridiculously rude receptionists,...but the little old customer. You've lost sight of your mission in an effort to grow. Now you've lost a customer. Goodbye Jay & West Herr. P.S. 2019 automotive forecast is grim. I'd try not to lose anymore paying customers. More

Right now West herr bought them but same crappy service. I lost work do to my car being in the swrvice many time and this weekend. Im definitely moving taking action and had tall to the attorney general office and will be taken them to court More

Will never buy here Mullane shows you book value on their vehicles and expects you to pay book value on their vehicles, but when you show them book value on your trade in Mullane shows you book value on their vehicles and expects you to pay book value on their vehicles, but when you show them book value on your trade in, that does not apply. They make ridiculously low ball offers on trade. They expected book on their truck and offered me $4500 less than book trade in on my truck. They said book value doesn't matter on trade buy touted it on their vehicles. More

I bought my truck a few weeks ago from Mullane. I have a very busy schedule and was only able to drive the truck for a few mins, but knew what I was looking for and trusted a Dodge dealer with a Dodge truck very busy schedule and was only able to drive the truck for a few mins, but knew what I was looking for and trusted a Dodge dealer with a Dodge truck. Boy was I wrong! Upon going to pick up the truck, it was clearly apparent the heat did not work at all....and hey its Buffalo and very cold. I left the vehicle there without taking it home for several days, sure they would fix the problem prior to me picking up. From that point on, just smoke and mirrors. Two lame attempts at repair and many lies by the sales and repair staff have now left me with a truck with a bad heater core, a $1000 repair. Attempts to contact them go unanswered, they base their business on fraud. I had heard this place had gone down hill when the kids took over....didn't know it was to this degree. DO NOT take your business here. You will surely regret it as I have. Its a shame a business like this is still in WNY.
