The best experience I've ever had with a car dealership. Roland treated me like I was his first customer ever. For being on a budget (like most hard working Americans), Roland spelled out my options and was Roland treated me like I was his first customer ever. Though skeptical if I could afford it, hence the 18" inch wheels. Roland told me about the tires for life and I found my dress! It was one of the most rewarding purchases I've ever invested in. Our experience was pleasant and Roland made it very easy for us. Roland listened to our needs and quickly directed us to several cars available for us to look at. He was very knowledgeable as to what was available and was able to answer all our questions. This dealership offered very fair pricing avoiding the unnecessary back and forth that is typical when buying a car. The entire process was very easy and quick. Once we bought the car everything was handled for us; from contacting insurance, getting temporary registration cards, license plates and any requests we had regarding the car were met. Everything was reviewed with us regarding the warranty and availability of extended warranty. Roland went above and beyond. I could feel how much pride Roland takes with his customers, making sure you leave 100% satisfied. This was our second car purchased from this dealership and highly recommend them. As for service after the sale I can tell you Doan’s service departments are honest and are a great team. I can’t even begin to tell you how happy we are with their service departments. From experience,their tires for life program is awesome … All I can say is when it was time for the service department to replace our tires on our previous purchased car from Doan Chevy… they promptly replaced them with no hassle. Doan dealerships have top notch professionals working for them. You can believe it doesn’t get any better. Thank you Roland for finding the prefect car for us… keep up the good work!
