To my surprise he didn't need info he was able to take my truck and put into system without me being involved which was time saving for me. My truck was brought around in a timely manner, meaning immediately!!!!! While in waiting area I noticed the area to be clean and hot coffee available. As the sales associates started to come in for their scheduled shift they all were polite and acknowledged me with "good morning", "how are you today". Usually at this time of morning in other locations staff isn't as bright eyed. I was greeted by Roland Tabacco (finance manager) and Brandon Thompson (sales manager) They both were extremely pleasant again at this time of morning. Both of them offered their assistance while I was waiting. I have purchased or leased 5 vehicles from Doan Dodge. This is the reason I keep coming back. Truck service was completed in a quicker than expected time frame. Total time I was there 45 minutes, at this early in morning. While I watched through the windows into the service area I noticed the service tech working on my truck spraying the residual oil off the under carriage of my truck. Usually there is some spilled from filter, I understand this happens. But the tech cleaned it off as none would drip into my driveway later. Thank you for that. These little things make the world of difference. I will continue to but my vehicles from these guys and continue to use them for my service. Thank you for you customer service. In these days this stuff if forgotten. More

Above and beyond Customer Service!!! I live two hours away from Doan Dodge. I happened to be in town and decided to stop by the dealership just to look. I ended up finding the car I wan I live two hours away from Doan Dodge. I happened to be in town and decided to stop by the dealership just to look. I ended up finding the car I wanted and decided to buy it. The salesman was great and tried to get everything I requested. After I picked up the car, I noticed some discrepancies and issues with the car. The sales manager called me to see how I was enjoying the car. I told him about the issues and he wanted to correct them. He had a driver come pick up my car at my house and take it back to Rochester so I didn’t have to drive another two hours there and two hours back. They left a car for me to drive in the meantime. They corrected all the issues and I couldn’t be happier!! More
