I’ve been trying to get in contact with my sales rep and the service department for a month now to inquire about my extra key and my car parts that were ordered. Still no response for either one . I have no the service department for a month now to inquire about my extra key and my car parts that were ordered. Still no response for either one . I have now lost my car key and shocker still no reply. The service department ordered my part almost a month ago and has yet to inform me if it is in. This really poor service . I called every week I’ve left messages. I now have to go out of town for work and have to drive a car that is not fixed but wait I don’t have my extra key so now I can’t go no where More
