As the story goes, I did end of buying a car ... not from these guys. I don't know why these dealers keep playing games. I bought a pre-owned SUV at this Buffalo-suburb dealer back in 2001. Overall, the sales staff were friendly enough, but not the brightest bunch of the population. But that's OK, I suppose, as long as the job gets done in time.<br><br>The price negotiation process was much worse than my previous experience with other dealers. Working with a few hundred dollars at a time (yes, even $100 at a time!) was really frustrating. It's how the manager-behind-the-wall tells the sales people to deal.<br><br>I finally got to meet the floor manager before signing off the deal. I thought those stereotypical used car sales men existed only in the movies until I dealt with this guy.......<br><br>After the purchase, it took weeks to have them obtain the title of ownership.<br><br>I had to take my car back to the shop a couple of times over the next few months. Thank God for the manufacturer's warranty. Their service department really needs either better management or competent mechanics.....<br><br>This would be my last time doing business with Glen Campbell Chevrolet/Oldsmobile.<br><br> More
