Consider other dealers in the area Looked at a used SUV. Test drive and looked at on the lift also. Noticed an issue and was told yes they will fix it. Made an offer. They declined. So Looked at a used SUV. Test drive and looked at on the lift also. Noticed an issue and was told yes they will fix it. Made an offer. They declined. So I left. Then a week later they were in a hurry to sell and dropped it almost to the price i offered. So i agreed to buy it. They had the truck inside the shop when I went in. We agree on a price for an extended warranty. I told them what rate I can get and they insisted on rushing it through. Half way through the process after they were running my credit I was informed that some work would not be done. They came back with all the papers, it is now after closing, so they are rushing through everything. The extended warranty was more money then agreed, gave a line of best we could do, the loan had an interest rate almost double what I told them I could get it for. But they said oh you can refinance it. Which I am. They backed the SUV up at just the right angle. We got it home and I noticed a center cap missing, a slice in the front bumper, a crease in the front fender and paint rubbed off down to metal on the fender at the wheel well. Needless to say I was extremely pissed. Not at them but myself for trusting them and not looking over the SUV before the paperwork was started and again before we left the lot. Do not let them rush you into buying just because they want to make the deal to get rid of it. Go to a credit union and get preapproved at almost 1/2 the rate. Look the vehicle over before, during and after. I thought since they have alot of locations they would be a bit more honest like Mike Smith and Basil that were great to work with. But I was wrong.
