Are you kidding me?! Then they ask me if I called to order the parts. Are you kidding me?! So now I have to call and order my own parts for my appointment? ....Then, get quoted over $500 to install two hatchback lift arms that are selling at Autozone for $39.00 for a pair. I tell them to forget about it, then I sit in the waiting area for 15 more minutes, for them to come back to tell me it was a mistake, to install the correct parts is only $100. So I have to wait for them to call me when the parts come in, if they ever do. The only reason I wasted my time coming here is that I have a $100 credit because of the incompetence of the service technicians from the last time they worked on my car More
