My appointment wasnt honored. The sales person met with someone else at my scheduled appointment time because the other buyer "had an emergency". I was asked to reschedule or wait. Unfortunately I waited over an hour and fifteen minutes and then the experience got worse! I was told the NEW 2017 vehicle I was interested in could only be purchased, not leased and that they are no longer able to lease a new 2017 vehicle... UMMMM WHAT?!?! Also was told by the sales person "you are really making me work hard for my money". OMG! - Are you kidding me?! I have never been made to feel less valued as a customer. Long story short, I LEASED same vehicle from another dealer the same day! More

Long story short I put a down payment to hold a 2008 liberty sport they told me the car (already inspected) would be ready by thursday and I should be all set to go. I get a call from the manager Steve Tuesday which was very vague to give them a call so I called him 5 times over the span of 30 mins no answer. Next I call my sales guy a who (did not answer) and 2 mins later he texts me "Did I talk to his manager" I call the store got in touch with the sales guy named Robin who tells me they can't sell the car bc it's a bad car. At this point I already got a loan from my bank so they try to upset me a new car which they gave me their bulls**t talk about how they price their cars and stated we can give you 500 off the next car which was $6000 more than the car I originally wanted. At this point I'm pissed I ask for my money back (I paid in cash NEVER do what I did) they tell me they need my address to give me a check (which is a lie) so I asked why would you need my address if Im coming to pick up a check, they tried to secretly mail me my check so I (a very upset customer) wouldn't come into the store. Needless to say I checked online the car is still available to sell with a different (higher) price on it. It is an 08 jeep liberty tan was 88599 miles, don't ever go to them. More

What a disaster!!! I had a so called appointment with "The Manager on Duty" on Friday May 22nd...When I got there the "The receptionist" (Barely a reception) asked me wh I had a so called appointment with "The Manager on Duty" on Friday May 22nd...When I got there the "The receptionist" (Barely a reception) asked me what the manager's name was...(My first clue that something was wrong)...I told her I didn't know, that I was just told to ask for the manager on duty...She went in the back, came out and said someone would be right with me...That was a joke...No one ever came for the half hour I sat right in front of the non-receptionist...She never made a move...When I told her I was leaving I got no reaction from her...If this is how they treat you before they get your money, imagine how they will treat you after if you have some kind of problem...I could go on but you get the idea...I wouldn't buy a paper clip from these people!!! More

Here it is 6 months later and now they see things that are wrong and refuse to repair them. I do not recommend anyone purchasing a used vehicle from West Herr. I have dealt with two other dealerships previously and West Herr is by far the worst ever!!! More
