Beyond disappointed! My mother purchased a car in November 2020 and passed away suddenly in December 2020. We tried to return car to dealership and they want to charge us to return it. She purchased for $11,000 and gave them her car as a trade in. They are only offering $9,000 to take car back!! It was driven for 3 weeks. This is ridiculous.
