I am in awe that I have set up two appointments with Lisa Rogenmoser and with both appointments I was literally blown off. The first time was an early morning appointment and she failed to arrive to work on Rogenmoser and with both appointments I was literally blown off. The first time was an early morning appointment and she failed to arrive to work on time, thus my husband and I had to leave. Now this evening I called to confirm our appointment as I was on my way to the dealership with my husband and two small children and she was out of the the office for the evening. I cannot understand how a salesperson can repeatedly fail to make appointments with customers and not even have the courtesy to call to inform the customer that they are not going to be available. I will say that speaking to her manager Eric provided me a feeling that my voice was being heard. It's amazing that a new vehicle purchase, especially of a Cadillac Escalade, would not be a deal worthy of the commission involved. More

I am surprised about the positive reviews this dealership and this particular employee has received. In a three week period I made repeated phone calls and left messages to have my calls returned by Lisa Ro and this particular employee has received. When I initially spoke to her about the new vehicle I was interested in purchasing she seemed knowledgeable and interested in working with me. Its unfortunate that in this day and age, one would have to seek out a saleperson to make a purchase rather than the salesperson looking to close a deal. I also called to speak to the store manager in hopes of making some type of progress... but unfortunately all one gets is a voice mail message. In the future I will be sure to take my buisness elsewhere at the get-go. The staff at Robert Basil in Orchard Park were thorough, knowledgeable, and interested in closing the deal ASAP. I would hope that Ms Rogenmoser chooses to give potential customers attention in the future. My purchase was not one to sneeze at and the potential future customer base would have been huge for her in the future based on my husband purchasing and leasing vehicles for his corporate employees.
