It Comes Down to Your Life No joke, this dealership has no regard for your safety or your life. They are only concerned with getting you to sign the paper, even though the secon No joke, this dealership has no regard for your safety or your life. They are only concerned with getting you to sign the paper, even though the second you do...your damned to one of the worst service and repair departments I've ever experienced and I've owned and had more than two dozen cars repaired over the years. Last time I left this location I left without oil in my engine, an old air filter and horribly over "patched" tires that are bald and riddled with their patched up fix job. It was so bad that I had to go to the Williamsville location where they again told me how poor of conditions that 2012 SRX was under. Only had the car for 8-9 months now and I have had to go to East Aurora 5 times to get same job not done. In addition to neglecting all of my maintenance needs, when I was told all these things were still covered by the warranty, none of it was...Dave T. my sales rep, lied and deceived me all because I listened to a referral. Please, stay away from this place and if you do go here, just buy a new car and get repairs anywhere else but East Aurora. It's your life and it isn't worth risking at this terrible place. After five attempts to fix the tires, a new battery, new air filter, and now a new drive shaft that I had to pay for, the thing that worries me the most is that they forgot the oil in the truck...how simple and basic to forget. That is so basic that to forget to put oil in the engine is nearly intentional...leading me to think they dont have a regard for safety here. Avoid and save your life. The sad thing(s) is/are that I am a kind hearted orphan, a disabled/retired Marine and missionary who was referred to this dealership. That is sad, disrespectful and very revealing. DO NOT buy or come here, if you do, don't say nobody warned you of the issues you will face here. Go anywhere else but here, I've had more success buying cars on craigslist...sad but true. More

Three times later and many hours waiting in their lobby and now I have to go back again just to do something I could do myself if I had the right tools. It's a shame how poorly they treat their customers after they get them to sign the contract. More
