I am purely writing this because of their service department. I have had an experience with bob Johnson’s service department and West each within the week. The customer service at Bob Johnson is abso department. I have had an experience with bob Johnson’s service department and West each within the week. The customer service at Bob Johnson is absolutely amazing. Their service department runs better then any other. Although they couldn’t replicate the problem they went above and beyond for me. Now West Herr is a different story. They were rude and unwilling to help. When I got my loaner from Bob Johnson they were fine with the paperwork I had and didn’t ask a question. West Herr refused to provide a loaner to me. They weren’t willing to do anything for me whatsoever. So now I have already had my truck towed here for warranty work and I have no vehicle to drive. I now have to pay for an Uber to go rent a vehicle myself. They are terrible and they will never have my business again. Worst service department I’ve ever seen and I work in sales management. Unfortunately they do not care once they have made the sale. More
