Sales and sales help with the new truck was super. We were passed off to the one who tries to sell you all the extra stuff. Tires protection. Glass coat. Extended warranty. Ect. He was nice at first and were passed off to the one who tries to sell you all the extra stuff. Tires protection. Glass coat. Extended warranty. Ect. He was nice at first and when I said we didn’t want any of it he got nasty and rude with both of us trying to tell us we needed it. I told him I have extended warranty with my insurance and the rest I don’t need and he said we can get up and go back to the salesman and we told him and he said maybe he was having a bad day. This was what brought you down to 4 stars. What brought you dow to 3 stars was the prep on a almost 70 thousand dollar truck. We took delivery at night in the rain and couldn’t see how bad the inside was. Mud covered the floor during the test drive from the people that test drove it ahead of us. The mud was still on the brake and side step and on the main floor but now covered with the floor mat. We took it to delta sonic to get done. 2nd car we bought from west herr and the same issue with the delivery. I think you may want to have some managers look things over and follow up to make sure it is done. More
