While my saleswoman was top notch, the experience was less than favorable. Test drove vehicle that had not enough gas in it for me so i had to fill it up. I brought it back to have another detail which they had my vehicle for 2.5 hours. When I got it home, the windows in the back were never rolled down to clean the top part of window which had a thick crust on them. 2 weeks after bringing vehicle home I had to bring it back because the wheel wobbled. The spare key they gave me didn't work and was told to bring it in to change the battery, come to find out they couldn't program it, it could only be done by jeep. Went to jeep they told me no they cannot program it as its an aftermarket key. Just not the best customer experience. More
