I buy from this dealer because of Lisa Janish and Nick Rogenmoser, unfortunately I bought a new Cadillac xt5 and 2021 with 6 miles on the odometer and receive a notice the day we took delivery of an air b Rogenmoser, unfortunately I bought a new Cadillac xt5 and 2021 with 6 miles on the odometer and receive a notice the day we took delivery of an air bag warning and more importantly, the next day-New Year s Day a check engine light. Ten days later the check engine light has gone on 4 more times. When I could finally get the vehicle in with approximately 330 total miles, service told me there was a known problem on these xt5 vehicles with a signal from drive to park shift and the part was on back order. From the information provided it seems the dealership knew of the potential problem before I took possession. I was told it will be replaced at no cost to me but I have to trust the part has been ordered, I will be contacted for service replacement and there is no driveability issue. It is approximately a 30 minute drive from home to the dealership. The xt5 I test drove came with front and back floor mats, unfortunately the vehicle I purchase turned out did not. I had to useGM reward points and an additional $75 for the floor mats. My GM reward points for the purchased showed several days afterward. I was told I did not have enough to cover the purchase at the time. Nick the service assistant and the service tech were fine and professional so far. This is my 7 th vehicle from West Herr EA thru Lisa and the xt5 is my wife s birthday present. Obviously I hoped for no problems however small More
