West Herr East Aurora Svs Dept. changed the oil on my 2017 GMC Terrain today and charged $65. I have been a customer there for over 15 years. I checked with two other local GMC dealers today and found 2017 GMC Terrain today and charged $65. I have been a customer there for over 15 years. I checked with two other local GMC dealers today and found I was overcharged at least $20 for the same service. It appears West Herr East Aurora is using their service department to pay for their recent remodel. More
