He was so understanding when I goofed and forgot the title for my trade-in, requiring me to make a nearly 2 hr round trip in order to finish the deal and pick up the new vehicle. Never by all means use this place for anything. Lost total control of car brakes failed with my daughter in the car. Luckily i knew enough to slam it in park. Towed there said itd be a week.. 71 days later… Vehicle finally ready after 71 days these have been my costs. $6,000 All GM offered me 20,000 rewards points, which I declined. When I was called this morning they insulted me by saying they went over and beyond on my engine and they’re not fixing any of the other problems with the sunroof 2 ft of water that was in the trunk which flows up to the front. I got my car back today and there is mold spores growing all throughout the back seats and floor. Litterally looks like a flood car but no it’s a 2020. West Herr should be ashamed of themselves..
