Never by all means use this place for anything. Lost total control of car brakes failed with my daughter in the car. Luckily i knew enough to slam it in park. Towed there said itd be a week.. 71 days later… Vehicle finally ready after 71 days these have been my costs. $6,000 All GM offered me 20,000 rewards points, which I declined. When I was called this morning they insulted me by saying they went over and beyond on my engine and they’re not fixing any of the other problems with the sunroof 2 ft of water that was in the trunk which flows up to the front. I got my car back today and there is mold spores growing all throughout the back seats and floor. Litterally looks like a flood car but no it’s a 2020. West Herr should be ashamed of themselves.. Timothy in service was outstanding! Helped to figure out how to install the teen driver mode in my 2025 Buick encore GX . After visiting multiple dealerships and stumping them with this Helped to figure out how to install the teen driver mode in my 2025 Buick encore GX . After visiting multiple dealerships and stumping them with this issue of not being able to enable this mode without an established password that was needed in order to set a password in order to activate teen driver mode. Me living just about an hour one way . Timothy said to me "I am determined to figure this out " and sure enough after troubleshooting the issue he figured out that I would have to bring vehicle in and he had to reset with a GMC specific device. It was quite challenging and took time to figure out but , He did !! Just as promised!! Thank you Timothy & team!! Oh and they even washed my car !!! Talk about separating West Herr from the rest ! This is why ! Hands down West Herr !!! I will be back !! Thank you for your incredible customer service!!! More
