I was pleasantly welcomed today at the West Herr Service Desk - Justin really made my experience memorable! He escorted me to the waiting room & made sure I had the remote to the TV! (I never by extended warranties, but for my 2017 Infinity we found a warranty where I felt it was the right time to purchase "peace of mind" coverage.) Lastly, Kelsey was a great communicator and also outstanding at finalizing paperwork. She even caught a small discrepancy with the reported mileage which could've been an issue in the future. The General Managaer was also very pleasant, but did not have his name. Every customer wants to feel valued and also want to feel like they signed a great deal. Without question, I will come back to West Herr Acura for future vehicles! Thanks again! More
