They tell you what you want to here to make the deal and do the exact opposite the next day!!! I recently purchased a 2019 Acura MDX from Ray Laks Acura in Williamsville. I had stated to my salesman Andrew P. that my current Jeep had 4 payments left on the lease and I was a few thousand miles over the mileage. So no deal could be done without them assuming all liability of fees whether purchasing the vehicle from me and reselling it on their used lot or paying the fees. He came back with a price quote that was where I wanted to be and I agreed to put a sizable down payment on the Acura as long as that included all liability of my lease. He stated it did and that it was a very nice truck and had someone looking for a Jeep already. A month later I received a bill for over $1,300.00 in early termination fees and mileage. I immediately contacted the General Manager AL LATINI, who pawned me off on Sales Manager JOE MAROTTA. Marotta showed me a statement showing they paid the last four payments. I told him that was not the agreement. I provided the salesman with my lease account number to get a vehicle buyout, including all fees , not just pay the payments and turn it in to Transitowne Dodge the next day. Marotta stated to me to email him the letter and he would do whatever he can to make this right. After a week of no response I contacted ACURA corporate who followed up with MAROTTA. He stated to Acura that he told me the dealers position. Which was a lie because he never responded after he stated he would get back to me and make it right. I have written numerous emails and made many phone calls To AL LATINI and JOE MAROTTA with no response. They have made an exciting experience for my wife and I of getting a new car into a stressful and frustrating situation with no remorse or compassion. We put a very large sum of money down with a guarantee that the vehicle we were trading in was taken care of. In my 25 years of buying and leasing vehicles from numerous other dealers I have never be deceived like this before, with no attempt to rectify the situation at all. I will continue to attempt to contact them until what they promised to pay is reimbursed. PLEASE BEWARE when dealing with RAY LAKS ACURA and get it in writing exactly what there plans are for the car!!! I would drive to Rochester before ever buying from this dealer again. Whether we agree on what the deal was or not, the lack of customer service and response from the Managers AL LATINI and JOE MAROTTA is alarming . Especially from a dealer that does not rely on volume but rather returning customers!! It is very embarrassing for the LITHIA GROUP who owns this dealership. Update***. I receive a phone call from the general manager Al Latini finally stating that he would give me a $ 400 service credit if I take all of my reviews down. So I got ripped off for $1300.00 and he tries to BRIBE me with a $400 service credit. This is all you need to know folks. No real genuine customer service here. Just half hearted gesture to try and keep their review status up. More

What was most upsetting was this car was advertised as new, but the whole passenger side had 1000 paint chips from rear fender, through rear door, passenger door to front fender. Worst of all, no one bothered to tell me about it and they thought I would just walk out the door with this car as is. They also acted like they never saw it! I think this was just a shady deal and if I hadn't noticed, they would have gotten away with it. TERRIBLE More

Awful service I had routine servicing including an oil change and a battery check, on 3/25/16. When I drove the vehicle home, the low battery warning light came on I had routine servicing including an oil change and a battery check, on 3/25/16. When I drove the vehicle home, the low battery warning light came on after only two miles. I then returned to the dealer and got a new battery At no time did the Service Department apologize, or adjust the bill, for the routine servicing which reportedly included a battery check but obviously did not. In addition, I attempted to sell a vehicle to Ray Laks. I got no response to an e-mail and no response to a phone message which I left for the used car manager. Both the customer service and the vehicle servicing at this dealership are poor. I would expect more from an Acura dealer. Go somewhere else for your car! More
