I would leave 0 stars if I could figure out how to make that happen. Reached out to re lax after owning a used vehicle for 4 and a 1/2 days told them that it has an exhaust leak. In viewing the exhaust it was cobbed together in multiple pieces. It was explained to me by the general manager that it's not their problem and that's the risk of buying a used vehicle. After searching for someone to help him, he found a technician who wore no mask and was not bothering to keep safe distancing. When he picked up the car later again the service person wore no mask. He did put on gloves before handing my husband the paperwork (which he had been handling without gloves previously). This entire service was done entirely without regard to safe procedures at a time when these things are necessary. It was very careless and astounding. More
