The first part of May, my 2019 RDX adv came up with a potentially serious problem, which appeared to be battery/alternator. 7 of the warning lights came on flashing and beeping. Given that there were po potentially serious problem, which appeared to be battery/alternator. 7 of the warning lights came on flashing and beeping. Given that there were potential safety issues, Mark suggested I call Acura Road side service and have the car transported to the dealership. This was done and the problem was diagnosed by their technician. Part replacement was ordered and installed next day, and my car was returned to me. This may sound routine, but I reside an hour and half away from Williamsville. There were also several calls between Mike and me dealing with trying to initally DX problem and working on the logistics of coming up with a plan that met my needs. I have buying Acura SUVs for the last 20 years from this Acura dealer location. I am exceptionally pleased with the service provided.
