Thank you for your review. After carefully reviewing the recorded phone conversations and discussing the matter with our staff, we disagree with your characterization of the events. At no point did our employees treat you disrespectfully. In contrast, the recordings reflect that our staff remained professional throughout the conversations despite being subjected to repeated interruptions, raised voices, and disrespectful language. Although your vehicle was purchased approximately two years ago and the window tint issue was brought to our attention long after the sale, our team nevertheless offered to remove the tint as a goodwill gesture at no cost to you. Unfortunately, rather than working with us to resolve the issue, you chose to continue the conversation in a manner that was hostile toward our employees and ultimately declined the solution that was offered. Our dealership has a responsibility to provide a safe and respectful workplace for our team members. While we welcome constructive feedback and make every effort to resolve customer concerns, we will not tolerate abusive or disrespectful treatment of our employees. Since you have indicated that you prefer to have your vehicle serviced elsewhere, and given the nature of these interactions, we respect your decision and will stand behind removing the tint that we have no documentation of being installed. We wish you the best and consider this matter closed.
