I have serviced my Lincoln a couple of times here. First experience was very good. Service associate was very helpful, informed and friendly. My second experience was a “2 out of 5.” I was supposed First experience was very good. Service associate was very helpful, informed and friendly. My second experience was a “2 out of 5.” I was supposed to get a loaner. When I arrived they didn’t have any. I did not receive a call letting me know this. I had to reschedule other appointments to wait for the car. When it was done (almost 2 hrs later), the car wasn’t washed. That was disappointing. More
