My son just took a car in to be serviced due to some sort of electrical problem not allowing the vehicle to start properly the car has spent over a month in your dealership during that time they basically we of electrical problem not allowing the vehicle to start properly the car has spent over a month in your dealership during that time they basically were guessing what can be wrong with the car and replacing unnecessary parts at my sons expense the first part they replaced caused the car to overheat which is a problem we were not having before bringing car to West Covina Nissan so they had to replace another part to stop the car from overheating the dealership thought the vehicle was fixed so they called my son to come pick up the vehicle when we arrived at the dealership they right away get us to pay the bill for the service that was performed when they go to retrieve the vehicle the car again would not start so they started blaming this problem on the battery they basically jump started my son out of their dealership what kind of a dealership jump starts their customers you mean to tell me your dealership doesn't have a machine to check to make sure it's in fact the battery so my son goes to oreilly to replace the battery the car still did not start we automatically called the dealership Joshua the service was able to get us a tow truck back to the dealership we asked if he would please keep us informed on what may be the problem since the first two parts they replaced obviously didn't fix the problem we never heard from Joshua again it's very unprofessional to say you'll call somebody back and never do every time we tried to contact him he was always conveniently unavailable at this point we are starting to feel ignored worst experience I've ever had with a service manager finally after another 2 weeks of waiting we get a phone call from the dealership saying the vehicle was now ready when we arrive at the dealership we started to speak to service advisor Andy his words were " we finally got the problem fixed and I know the first two parts did not fix the problem but unfortunately we cannot refund you for that my wife and I both stared at each other with disbelief that these words were actually coming out of his mouth how is it that my son is being charged for parts that did not even fix the problem we asked to speak to the service manager Joshua but like usual he's nowhere to be found my son is 19 yrs he just got back from basic training he is in the military and trying to go to college and get his life started this has been a huge setback for him instead of taking the vehicle to a random mechanic he decided to go to West Covina Nissan and he was taken advantage of I've made several attempts on trying to contact Joshua the service manager and when I finally got ahold of him he said he would contact me back as soon as he gathered up the details he would get back to me it's now been 2 weeks and I have not received a call back I'm also being ignored I'm running out of options so I'm writing this review to make everyone aware of this dealership in hopes that nobody has to go through this we will definitely be seeking legal advice because we have been left with no other options More

EXCELLENT SERVICE AS ALWAYS We had an excellent experience on our visit for an oil change. As soon as we pulled up to the Service Department, we had someone come over to lead us We had an excellent experience on our visit for an oil change. As soon as we pulled up to the Service Department, we had someone come over to lead us in the right direction (we had an appointment with Andy. From there, Andy took very good care of us. It began with a CAR WASH! I was so happy because I wasn't expecting that. My car was done within the time frame he said it would be done. Andy went over future maintenance my car needs. He even fixed the automatic window problem I had. He did that right away before the car was taken to the back service area. We will definitely return for future maintenance. More
