What upset me the most was that their letter clearly stated that they would give me a full refund of my down payment but they were trying to of course still get money out of me by fooling me into a new contract. Luckily im not easily taken advantage of. I resfussed and asked to talk to their boss something this representative didn't take very well and he showed it my acting like an xxx not only infront of my mother but one of their other representatives.( Very unprofessional ) anyway their boss gave the ok to do as the letter said but after returning the car they lied to me about when my check would be ready then i left a voice mail which i had no reply to, then after showing up they said to come back in two day which is today 4-20-15 and aparently now their system is "down" and i cant get my check. So far all they've done is waist my time, gas and give me the round around like i have nothing better to do!.. More

The worst car dealer visit ever When I saw the TV ad of $199 lease w/ $2500 drive off on the 2015 leaf, I went to my nearest Nissan dealer in Covina. I test drove it and I like it. T When I saw the TV ad of $199 lease w/ $2500 drive off on the 2015 leaf, I went to my nearest Nissan dealer in Covina. I test drove it and I like it. The finance manager took my driver's license to run the credit report. The finance manager came back and said he never heard of this leasing program. He said they can do the 2014 year model on the lease with $5000 drive off because there is a $2500 tax. I told him that is not what I saw on the ad. He said proof to me. I immediately go onto the nissan.com website and that ad was shown. He said there, is $2500+ tax and license, which is $2500+$2500 for sale tax and license. The total drive off is $5000. Then I was thinking what is he talking about? and demanded my driver's license back. Then everyone walked away and I sat there for 30 minutes. Another sales person came back and handed me back with my driver's license. I said I am leaving, good bye while the salesman still saying something to stop me from leaving. I left anyway to the Puente Nissan and got myself a 2015 nissan leaf at the $199/mo $2500 drive off. Don't waste your time at the covina Nissan. After I talked to my other office staffs and friends, they all had bad experience with Covina Nissan. I don't blame those employees. It is their company ethics problem. They even put a $5000 markup on the window sticker of all the cars they sell. More
This dealership brings people in under false pretenses. I received a post card in the mail from Alliance Financial offering to refinance my current vehicle. When i called the number I provided all the infor I received a post card in the mail from Alliance Financial offering to refinance my current vehicle. When i called the number I provided all the information possibly needed to run my credit and check the value on my car. I was then offered an appointment to come into Nissan of West Covina to see if I would be interested in purchasing a new car instead. I specifically told the girl I loved the car that I have and was not interested in getting a different car and that if I had to come into the dealership to look at another car in order to be considers for refinance that I was not interested. She told me that they could refinance my car without me having to look at another car if I did not want to. I got a call from the finance company saying they had an offer and at the same time I was getting a call from April at West Covina Nissan to come into their dealership to check out that offer. When I asked why i had to go to dealership I was told it was because this was the finance companies office location. After about 2 weeks of calls daily from Stacey I was finally able to come in on a Monday afternoon before my daughter got out of school. I was received by Michael Johnson who walked me inside and when I asked for Stacey thinking she has my refinance offer available, Stacey came out only to tell me that Michael will help me. I immediately felt deceived and realized Stacey must be like some telemarketer who gets paid to bring people in. I humoreed Michael as he was very kind and friendly and I did not want to be rude to him. I waited as my credit was run again and I provided all the information i had already provided over the phone. A man came over with Michael and some paperwork and he began to ask if I would be interested in him getting me into a newer vehicle at a lower payment. I told him I actually did not mind paying the high payment of $500.00 as I was driving the car that I wanted and was only interested in refinance. By this time I has been at the dealership for about 45 minutes and it was now time to pick up my daughter from school. I told them that and then Leo Linares came out and rudely said that he was not a finance company and could not refinance my car only sell me a car in a take it or leave it attitude. I said that is not what I wanted and stormed out of there. They are rude and deceitful. But I can see that they must need to resort to these deceitful ways to get customers to come in as obviously there is no other way that people come into to their Delearship. More

sales person was very friendly and professional. the person who did all the final paperwork lied to me. he told me that the extended warranty he was trying to sell me would cover EVERYTHING. In fact, t person who did all the final paperwork lied to me. he told me that the extended warranty he was trying to sell me would cover EVERYTHING. In fact, the reason I bought the warranty was because he told me the car I was buying had six computers and they could be very expensive. so I fell for it. we had the car for 5 months and it broke down in the middle of the freeway yesterday. we paid to have it towed to the dealership. when we arrived, we were told we have no extended warranty. I took the copy of the warranty from my files when we got home and started reading and found out I only got the drive train warranty and there are all kinds of stipulations that are in place so basically nothing is covered. what a waste of money... I will never buy from or recommend anyone to buy from this dealership. I admit its partly my fault for not spending hours reading every piece of paper before signing, but I trusted that the people employed by such a great car company would have some integrity. More
