I told Michael to find another job at a place that will set him up for success, not failure. Fausto, you just lost the kid a sale and your dealership some money. More
it was the worse car experience of my life! This business is horrible and i have no idea how it is not yet shut down ! every single time i went to to do anything with my car their was at lest a This business is horrible and i have no idea how it is not yet shut down ! every single time i went to to do anything with my car their was at lest a 2 hour wait time. So the first experience was my fiance going to look at cars and having not the best credit i convinced my brother to co-sign. I do not know how they let him drive the car out of the lot with out my brother being present and signing any paper work kind of forcing the sale to happen quicker and giving my brother a hard time. So that was fine until one day the car gets towed my Fiance goes to the police station to get a release letter and we find out my brother is the only person on the title! that was very illegal and wrong you cannot sale a care with out the person buying being present especial after the 9/11 attacks. this people are cold blooded ruthless uneducated and will take advantage of anybody. We took it as a loss and just continued the contract and then maybe a year later the battery of the car was bad already. My fiance go to the service center and not only did he wait a ridiculous amount of time but the problem did not get fixed and he went home with the same problem. Exactly one week later we had the same problem and we missed work because the car would not start, it got a jump start and we took it to the dealership. We showed up this time i did go with him and we explained the situation they took about 3 hours to fixed the battery and during that long wait we just walked around the lot for what ever reason we talked about a few cars and next thing you know i am possibly buying a new car. I worked later that day so i was not prepared for buying a car and i let them know that and they seemed to understand yet for what ever reason they continued to throw numbers and good deals and i got warped up in the idea of a new car and i told them if it would be possible to make a deal in about an hour they said yes ( oh they lied ) they had me crying in the office. I was so ready to leave and i did not know how they had moved my things to the new car i was late to work i could not stop crying and i just signed the paper work so they would let me leave the place i was their from 1pm- 7pm for a battery car change. They later drove the car to my house and told my brother he had no choice but to the sign the paperwork because we had left the lot already and made him very upset.I went to work for a couple hours and just felt horrible crying even at work because of this horrible bad experience and choice about buying a new car i have no idea how i was convinced i felt to belittled and small hopeless trapped. Then something unexpected happened and we got a letter Notice of Election to Cancel and the dealership used its right to cancel a sale when they could not find anyone to fiance the car in 10 days and so they rescind the transaction. We received this letter in the mail on a Monday so my brother and i made the decision to go the next day return the car and not deal with more of their craziness. We go Tuesday night simple to exchange the cars back and deciding to not sign anything new and leave if they choose to give us a hard time again. Surely enough they give us the run around and we spent 4 hours there and had nothing accomplished they frustrated me so much that i was in tears once more in their office with more paper work in front of me because they wanted to give me a new deal and would not honor their own Notice Of Election To Cancel. So we left and they were saying any lie to make us sign new paperwork because they made and error and did not want to take back the deal, So i spoke to my family and my aunt decided to accompany me because she has experience dealing with difficult people and she knew i needed the support to deal with this venomous people. We go the next Monday it had a been a whole week since i had received the Notice of Election To Cancel letter and still had not moved forward plus i had about 5 letters from different lenders saying they denied us credit . We call the dealership in advanced letting them know we wanted to return the car and the manager Tim Lowhan said to go at any time and speak to any of the fiance people and they could help us rescind the contract. When we show up not only did it take 40 minutes to speak to any one in the fiance department the person we did speak to was horrible rude and nasty and made us wait for the fiance person that handled the original contracted which had me a bit traumatized because they had made my life so difficult the past couple of weeks physically getting sick because i was so tired of fighting with this people. we finally speak to someone and he says well we will save you 10 dollars a month on my payments if we sign a new contract. and once again we asked for our car back and that we were not interested in any new contracted and no more paperwork would be signed and that how they handled the situation it was illegal and wrong to make someone so unstable at the moment sign so much important paperwork, and my uncle is an attorney so she had to throw in the my husband is an attorney if you want to take it to the legal principal. upset and flustered walked away from us and left us yet again waiting for the next person to try and somehow find a way to trick us. Finally he offered something else and we said no for the last time and they said OK let me prepare the paper work to cancel the sale. I was so happy and relived this ordeal was finally over we signed the paper work and i was ready to leave, but of course the old car was not ready yet that took another hour to bring down from their lots. This how thing took 4 hours! never again in my life will i make this mistake again i do not in any way shape or form hope anyone else lives through this i wish you luck in the car shopping experience. We went to West Covina Nissan in hopes to negotiate a good price with a price we had seen somewhere else. Manny agreed to the price and ran my credit only because the price of the car was less than the other dealership. Come to find out he didn't negotiate a good price for me instead I ended up paying more than what I ever intended to. Never deal with these lying crooks again. When I went back to discuss this situation with them he straight lied to my face telling me that he had told me the other price, beware that they get you to right away sign papers and want to discuss nothing about the price of the car. Cash is a useless manager he did nothing but suggest I repo the car, what kind of senseless people work here? I will be following up with Nissan and the BBB to discuss this matter with someone else. If you want an honest dealership to take care of you when purchasing a vehicle do not go to West Covina Nissan. There's no integrity in the way they do business. More

Sales car guys gossiping and laughing out loud with the front desk. We never got acknowledged until I went up to the front desk and the sales guys moved over so that I can get help. I advised them I had an appointment and they just pointed to a chair and said someone would be with me. The sales guys and front desk went back to laughing and talking about their weekend. When I finally got helped I spoke with the sales guy and told him I was there to refinance my car. The sales guy did not listen to my needs and continued to try to sell me a 2016 vehicle when I had expressed I had a 2015. When start the "process" and take my information to refinance my car they came back saying the banks are closed on weekends and they cannot help me and would call me Monday. The finance manager Ozzy then said but you only came in for the free gift anyway" referring to a paper they send to Nissan owners if you visit their dealership. I said no, that I came in to refinance my car. I left that dealer feeling humiliated and a complete waste of my time. I felt like because I was not there to buy a car they didn't care. They never contacted me to refinance my car. More

After my car was being service he came to the lobby to talk about my car and what needed to be done. He made it clear on what services I could wait on and what needed to get service quickly. We did not work with him.well took my son who has a great credit well told them about there saleman witch nothing was done well with that we got there grate deal which we decided not to take n walk away well they got upset n made us wait 3 hrs befor giving us our down payment back all i can say don't take your daughter's they think it's ok to let there salemen hit on the girl's that go there n to get treated like xxxx nice job. And i think the owner should know what goes on. More
