very disappointed purchased a brand new car for my daughter. She's had the car now two years. She's taken the car back to this dealer four times now for transmission is purchased a brand new car for my daughter. She's had the car now two years. She's taken the car back to this dealer four times now for transmission issues. The car has only 20,000 miles on it to date. The car is still being diagnosed. They just called saying they crashed the vehicle on accident on their lot. We called Nissan consumer affairs. Still waiting for a resolution. I feel we are being given the runaround. More

Horrible Experience Horrible experience. I bought my new car almost 3 months ago on April 11th and I haven't received my License Plates or registration from the DMV becau Horrible experience. I bought my new car almost 3 months ago on April 11th and I haven't received my License Plates or registration from the DMV because Nissan filed my car under someone else’s name and now Nissan is having trouble getting that person to come in and sign paperwork to release the car and get my info to the DMV. I have my car insurance threatening to cancel my insurance because the car is under someone else's name and Glenda from Nissan doesn't answer her calls or messages. Nissan needs to hire more staff to answer all the voicemails that are left from customers with issues and they need to get there @#$% together. Mistakes happen but 3 months (hopefully not longer) is a long time to wait for Nissans mistake. Very disappointed with this dealership and its staff. Didn't like how the financial department handled things when I bought the car as well. I just have a very bad taste with this company and location. More
Stay away from this dealership Liars & Crooks I sent my daughter to pull the purchase order for the car she's leasing from them because she was pre-approved from her bank to purchase the car and t I sent my daughter to pull the purchase order for the car she's leasing from them because she was pre-approved from her bank to purchase the car and they won't give it to her and they lie to her saying that she cannot buy the car through our bank she has to buy it through Nissan and that's not real because one of the managers over there told me that she can get that paperwork to get her own loan. Also I called different Nissan dealer and they told me the same thing that she can get her own loan to purchase the car. And what makes it worse that they pull my daughter credit without her knowing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP THEY ARE LAYERS AND CROOKS. More

Stay away from this dealer. They showed me a 2017 Nissan Rogue SL model with Premium package and Platinum package. Sat down to negotiate price. Signed contract but car is delivered only with one package, not both as we agreed on. Took my payment and said if I need the other package as well, I'll need to pay extra. This is not acceptable.
