I took my 12 yr old and 5 month daughters with me. they have great entertainment for the kids, free hot chocolate, latte and coffee, vending machines with good snack, shuttle that can take you to the near by stores while you wait, TV for the adults and most important, GREAT staff in the Service department that informs you and answers all your questions. GREAT customer service. The gentleman that help me was professional and attentive. He took in consideration that I had my daughters with me. GREAT work! More

Sales personnel vs Service personnel Sales are always bothering me every year to buy another new car. My Altima has less 25k miles and its 2015 which I bought in Dec that yr. Each year an annoying sales person calls me to buy new car. I say, Iove my car, it is new, I barely have any miles on it. They dont leave me alone or thank me, just keep saying, " buts it's a new car". I want to say, "hey moron" but I dont. I ask them to stop calling. I was at W.C. the other day, and I get a call from sales. Again I say no thanks. He wouldn't shut up, so I hung up on him. I won't recommend you for purchase. Too pushy!! I mean I just got my car, it has low miles. They need to push others who Really need a new car. Not someone like me who has a great car with good mileage. As for Service, booking appt and showing up to a 3 hour wait for general maintenance is ridiculous. I left on 2 appts cause wait was too long. 3rd time was best and your service man, Felipe Olvera, was great. They should clone his talent for his courtesy and understanding. He said my car would take 1 1/2 hours and it did! 5 stars to him! More
