Service Department is Awesome I have only taken my 2013 Nissan Xterra to West Covina Service Department because of the excellent service and reasonable prices. Felipe took amazing care of my vehicle this last visit and even took off the diagnostic fee when nothing was found to be wrong. The Service team keeps me coming back!!! However, I will admit that the sales team is horrible and very condescending. The worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. This is the the reason for the 4 stars. More

Lied to close deal. They sold me a car with only one license plate, the car had multiple unpaid tickets and one key fob. I found all of this after they closed the deal. They sold me a car with only one license plate, the car had multiple unpaid tickets and one key fob. I found all of this after they closed the deal. They said they would order a 2nd plate-never got it. It took them months to clear the tickets which means the registration wouldn’t clear so I couldn’t get a parking pass at my residence-had to pay $2/night for 62 days. A extra key fob cost me $378. When I asked them to pay for my parking cost and key fob, they said no but offered me a free car wash???? And still no response on the missing license plate. So now I have to pay another $22 to get plates. This is a terrible dealership. Buyer beware. More
