Oil change I had an appointment to get my wife’s Altima’s oil changed. That was all that was done. I spent two hours waiting to get an oil change. It was a free oil change, so that’s why I didn’t give it a lower star rating, but next time I need an oil change I’ll just drive five minutes to the nearest Jiffy Lube without an appointment and be out in 20 minutes. The people there that helped me out were nice. Andres was great as my service advisor. I got free coffee and a donut. The parts guy, who I don’t remember his name, is a really nice and helpful associate. He helped me get a part for my Rouge. Overall, the people that worked there at the dealership were great, but I couldn’t believe that I had to wait two hours for an oil change with an appointment. More
