Friendly, professional and competent staff! Took my brand new 2019 Frontier in because of a misalignment of the bed to the chassis. I was greeted right away by a very friendly service representa Took my brand new 2019 Frontier in because of a misalignment of the bed to the chassis. I was greeted right away by a very friendly service representative who listened to my concern and then quickly introduced me to the service manager. Even though the misalignment was minor, Ara (service manager) showed the same concern and empathy that I had for the slight defect on my new vehicle. Ara, and another employee (Christian), explained the possible reason(s) for the misalignment and assured me that it would be corrected that day. They offered me a loaner car to take home while my vehicle was being serviced but I opted for a ride home in their courtesy shuttle. A few hours later, Christian called and informed me that my truck was serviced and ready. A courtesy shuttle picked me up drove me back to the dealership. Ara explained what the problem was and how they were able to correct it. I was very pleased with how they corrected the problem and even more pleased with their courteous and professional service! I scheduled my oil change and then had to reschedule; I had no issues making the change. I was a little disappointed when I brought my car in for the 1:00PM appointment and I was told it would take two hours to change my oil. That seems excessive, especially when I had an appointment. I am delighted to report, the car was done in an hour at the promised price quoted online. More

Everyone else see me standing at the counter and are more interested on their phones than just asking "Do Josh and last name Santana did a great job. I filled out multiple surveys and phone calls from the service center to be told that I would receive a comp oil change and address some of my other issues. When I received the call for today's service I was told that there were no notes from my last visit. I was frustrated and Eileen said that they would offer the free oil change but I had to address my other issues with Josh. Josh did address the issues but I am disappointed that nothing was written down of my previous issues. More
