My wife and I just bought a 2012 Honda Pilot from Bret Donaldson at West County Honda. His personality and his ability to work out most of the deal over email including trade in value really appealed to us. When we got together to finalize the last step in person, we knew right away we were working with a professional and a good person. We walked into West County Honda not knowing what kind of car we wanted. I went in to purchase a used car on memorial day and I knew exactly what I wanted but Honda accord coupes are difficult to find so they offered me a brand new one on the lot for 25,000 flat. I really was excited since this was a huge reduction, but when I came in on wednesday with the offer promised to me they said they couldn't meet it. We settled with the cost of 25,500.
