Dealerships have a reputatation of having pushy salespeople so I walked into this dealership expecting no less. I was pleasantly surprised. I noticed the friendliness of the staff first off. I was asked if I needed help and when I said I was just looking I was left alone - major plus. It's hard to think things through for yourself without having to converse with someone trying to sell you something. When I was ready I was offered service immediately. Bob Olander approached me and without trying to sell me anything, listened to what I had to say. He answered all my questions, addressed all my options and concerns, and went with me on a test drive. He never once made me feel cornered or pressured, he was upfront and honest with me at every turn. When we started the negotiation, he came back with a price that I wasn't happy with. I had already received a better offer from another dealer. At that point he realized how serious I was about purchasing a vehicle. He then did something unheard of these days - he made a statement and then offered me a handshake. In the statement he asked me if he could get me the best deal he was capable of in light of the other dealer's offer, would we have a deal? No one does business on a handshake anymore - that's when I realized how serious he was. We shook hands and I left there having bought a brand new car. I got a great price, with great service, no pressure, no hassles, and a lot of professionalism. More

The moment we walked in the door, our sales associate, Demetrius greeted us with his very friendly yet professional demeanor. He listened to our needs and immediately went to work to meet them. Throughout the entire process he was professional, hard-working, diligent, courteous, & well versed. He went above and beyond what was expected of him. We had many questions, each of them was answered fully by Demetrius. He was truly our advocate, working with us to find the exact vehicle to meet our needs. He allowed my husband & I to discuss questions, concerns etc., without intruding. He not once seemed impatient. When he needed to attend to his other customer, he was always courteous and apologetic. He was our liason and advocate in the negotiation process. The day ended with us happily purchasing a new vehicle. Everyone that we dealt with at this dealership (sales manager, Brad, finance manager, Robert, accessories associate, Kirsten, was polite, personable, professional and fair. We would highly recommend West County Honda, as well as our sales associate, Demetrius to any of our family and friends. We plan on being repeat customers. More

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Sam was fun to work with and was willing to go out of his way to make the sale as comfortable as possible. It's over a 100 degrees out and he was running back and work with and was willing to go out of his way to make the sale as comfortable as possible. I recently purchased my first car, a 2012 Civic HF, at West County Honda. Overall it was a pretty good experience.
