Wouldn't reccomend West County Honda at all, didn't have a good experience from the beginning and that should have been a sign. When I did notice a problem a few days after getting the car home it was incredibly hard to get the sales manager to call me back. We specifically told them not to run our credit, we were already pre approved through our credit union and they did it anyways. Oh and the letter you get from the owner of the dealership telling you to call him anytime with any problem is a joke, never answers and doesn't return the calls. More

Originally, I was skeptical once I arrived because I waited for almost 20 minutes to be seen even though I thought I was meeting Dave (DJ) who ended up not being there on Saturday. When I did get assistance, Brandon Schell was very friendly and quickly took me under his wing to help me. I also found out, after driving almost 1.5 hours to get to dealership, that the 2012 Honda CR-Z that I had originally planned to buy, was not at West County Honda but at a satellite location in Cape Girardeau, MO. I was told that they could get it there but that it would take 4 hours or more. Another CR-Z with more miles but with the options that I wanted was available at first, but another salesman came over to Brandon and stated that someone else wanted it. I reluctantly gave in, only because Brandon stated that a 2011 Hyundai Genesis Coupe had recently come in on trade. After test driving the Genesis, I decided to negotiate on it and eventually ended up buying it. I am happy with my car and was only disappointed when I got home and found out that the rear spoiler was cracked. I drove all the way back out to the dealership on Monday, the 16th of July, for Eric Davis to look at it. The dealership is going to take care of the problem for me one way or another and for this I am very thankful. Overall, everyone was very professional and courteous and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More

West County Honda advertises that they will beat any deal by $300. So, I showed them a quote from Mungenast St. Louis Honda for a 2012 Honda Odyssey and was told via Email that they would in fact beat the q by $300. So, I showed them a quote from Mungenast St. Louis Honda for a 2012 Honda Odyssey and was told via Email that they would in fact beat the quote by $300. I visited the dealership but was told that they could not beat the price. I was mildly upset that I was lied to and had wasted a Friday evening. The next day I received a follow up email and a phone call saying that they had made a mistake and that I should come back and they would absolutely honor the deal this time. So, I went back to the dealership and after about a half hour wait I was once again told that they would not match the price. This time I got very upset and the General Manager came to talk with me and told me that they again made a mistake. He said he would write up a contract and email it to me. I decided to drive to the Mungenast St. Louis Honda (the dealership who gave me the initial quote) and I ended up buying the van from them at the price we had agreed on. It was a very pleasant experience. Stay away from West County Honda and do yourself a favor and visit Mungenast St. Louis Honda. More
