I purchased a use car from this dealership almost 9 weeks ago and I have yet to be provided with a clean title so that I can register my car. The first time I called (9/6/12) I was told that they hadn't yet ago and I have yet to be provided with a clean title so that I can register my car. The first time I called (9/6/12) I was told that they hadn't yet received the lien release from the previous owner but they would get it and I'd have my paperwork by the end of the week. When I hadn't received my paperwork the following week I called again on 9/11/12 and was told that they were going to have the lien release faxed over first thing the next morning and the lady would call me back. I never heard back from her, nor did I receive any paperwork. I finally broke down and called the owner, Bill Cafarella, on Monday 9/24/12. He did not answer his phone so I left a voicemail message indicating that I wanted to speak with him regarding my sale on 7/30/12. It is now Friday, 9/28/12, and I have yet to hear back from Bill, or anyone else from this dealership. I am unable to register my vehicle or pay taxes with the required paperwork which I have been unable to get from this dealership and I am incurring penalties and fines as this drags on. I have no complaints about the purchasing process, that part of the transaction was smooth and seamless. It's the customer service after the purchase that I have had non-stop issues with. More
