I was interested in buying a Honda Accord. On October 26th, 2012, my sister and I went to Bommarito Honda in Hazelwood, MO. We viewed the cars on the lot and then went inside. We even sat in one of the display cars inside. Noone in there said, hi, bye or kiss my xxx. It was as if we were invisible. There were at least 4 employees in the area at the time. My sister suggested we go to a different dealership. Same day, we went to West County Honda. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by reception. We were directed to a Salesman by the name of Bret Donaldson. From start to finish; Bret, the sales manager and finance manager, were very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. The dealership's appearance was extremely well maintained from the floors to the furniture (offices and reception area). The entire staff that we encountered were very freiendly and courteous. It felt like home. It's a shame that noone greeted us at Bommarito. They missed out on quite a sale. If you're looking for a Honda, go to West County Honda. You won't be disappointed. -Natasha More

Starting with an enthusiastic, warm welcome and complimentary bottle of water (later cookies and coffee) from DJ Stone, I immediate felt comfortable talking about exactly what I was looking for in a car. DJ was helpful, patient, and even fun through multiple test drives and a barrage of questions. From walking through the door to ringing the official new car owner GONG, the whole team worked tirelessly together to make sure my Honda and price was a good Fit for me; Marathon-Running Eric, Accessories Anna, Chocolate Chip Loving Harley, and even Peanut Butter Blossom Brad are to be commended on their professional and personable demeanor.
