When arriving to West County Honda, we were greeted very warmly by the Sales Manager Eric. He immediately got a sales associate to help us. After "finding" the Pacifica we wanted to look at, Bret was awesom warmly by the Sales Manager Eric. He immediately got a sales associate to help us. After "finding" the Pacifica we wanted to look at, Bret was awesome at answering all our questions, and if he didn't have the answer, he immediately set out to find the answer. After we test drove the vehicle (Twice) we were ready to start the process of purchasing. We had a couple of concerns (the power lift-gate would open, but not close) and we were unable to get the backup assist to make an audible warning. Bret was right there to make some suggestions. We were able to get the backup assist to work properly (Our lack of knowledge) but we were still having issues with the life-gate. We also had concerns on how well the car had been detailed. After taking delivery, we were able to set up an appointment the next morning to have the life-gate looked at and to receive a proper detailing. I arrived back at the dealership the next day and was greeted (not as warmly) by Mark in Service. Bret came in and talked with me again, assuring me that it would all be taken care of. I waited for 4 hours for everything to get done. Eric the sales manager offered me a car so I could get some lunch and do some shopping. Although it did take some time, the life-gate was fixed and the care was detailed beautifully! This is a EXCELLENT place to purchase a car and I would recommend it to my friends.
