I was a little hesitant buying a pre-owned car from a dealer rather than a private party, however I am very glad I visited West County Honda. I dealt with a salesman by the name of Joshua Brown. Joshua has only been there 4-5 months, however he was truly a pleasure to work with. He was honest and straightfoward and turned what sometimes is a painful experience into a positive one. I also had interaction with their service department to answer some questions I had and their Service Director (Todd) took the time to meet me on the sales floor to answer my questions. We closed the deal two days ago and drove the car home last night. Even though it was a pre-owned car they had it detailed to look brand new - full tank of gas as well. So, I went to is place knowing what car I wanted. I did all my research before I even entered a dealership. Justin and Brad were able to give me an okay deal based on my credit.
