The salesman was great to work with. There was no back and forth over pricing like other dealers did to me. I offered him a price he counter offered a little higher than what I said. I was agitated with the finance department because they promised me an interest rate and called a week after I went back to Ohio and said sorry you have to take a higher interest rate or return the vehicle. Only down side to my experience was with that department. More

Like I said in my previous review, we were told that the paperwork would arrive in "a coupl I am writing another review to counteract my other one. Like I said in my previous review, we were told that the paperwork would arrive in "a couple of days", instead it took two weeks! We were just about to call the dealership and ask what the hold up was. It said on the paper that we would have 30 days to register the vehicle for license plates. I went a few days after I received the paperwork, leaving work an hour early and waited at the License Office (everyone knows how fun that is). The safety and emissions performed by the dealer was EXPIRED! Not even 30 days after the purchase of the car! To say the least, I am livid. Quality of work is ZERO. And since I had to call three times to get to a person, only to be sent to voice mail twice, the Customer Service now receives a zero. More

Usually you would find all salesmen to be in pressure-oriented mode when it comes to selling, but my experience there was never like that with Chris and the crews. My husband and I test drove at least 20 cars before we came to West County Honda. The Toyota Rav4 they had was exactly what we were looking for all along: it was exceptionally clean, well taken care o came to West County Honda. The Toyota Rav4 they had was exactly what we were looking for all along: it was exceptionally clean, well taken care of, brand new tires, a one owner car, and just perfect for us. Dylan Hubler was a great salesman, he wasn't too pushy like the typical dealerships; letting us look at the car and test drive it ourselves. When we liked the car and wanted to purchase it, he worked with our budget. The process was easy, not stressful, and we left in our new car. While we were waiting for a rep of Honda to approve the paperwork, Dylan went to the gas station nearby and bought us drinks. That's a rare kindness! I'm rating a "Good" on the quality of work because we didn't receive the title in the mail until a full 2 weeks later, when they said it would only be a couple of days, and there is room for improvement in the waiting time at the dealership. This is a new experience for me,as I am newly divorced. I have never had to take care of my CRV before and Craig went above and beyond to help me so much!
