The process of purchasing our Honda was very comfortable. No pressure was applied to accept a price we didn't. Similarly, extended warranties were offered but no pressure was applied when we decided against any of those. When we need another Honda we will shop at West County Honda first. More

We were in the market for a new vehicle and had already test driven several other makes and models. Before committing to what we thought we were going to buy at a different maker we thought we should at l test driven several other makes and models. Before committing to what we thought we were going to buy at a different maker we thought we should at least test drive the Honda CRV. West County Honda was a pleasant encounter and we were glad we made the decision to try the Honda CRV. Our sales rep...Dylan Hubler was great. He was more than happy to pull out of their inventory exactly what we were looking for in color and options. He wasn't pushy and gave us our space. He was able to answer all our questions and the whole process didn't dragout , which we REALLY appreciate! We love the new CRV and are looking forward to all the extras that we recieved with the car, ie car washes, oil changes, free details, etc. Would highly recommend Dylan Hubler and West County Honda!! I went into West County Honda with my brother on Saturday 6/15/13 looking for a reliable used vehicle in my price range. We went there first and looked around and although I found a car I was interested in, I wanted to see I could find a better deal elsewhere. My brother and I went to a couple other dealerships and decided to return to yours. I found everyone at West County Honda to be extremely friendly, helpful and professional without being pushy. Upon returning, I had the privilige of dealing with Bret Donaldson. Bret went above and beyond to make sure I found a good reliable vehicle in the price range and with the other specifics I gave him. Although the vehicle I was originally interested in was more than I wanted to spend, Bret was able to find a vehicle that met all of my criteria and had it inspected and detailed and ready for me to take home the same day. I would DEFINITELY recommend West County Honda to everyone, especially if they get the opportunity to work with Bret Donaldson!!! I went looking for a vehicle because I HAD to, not because I wanted to and Bret made it very pleasant and painless. Thanks for everything Bret! More

Lee Van Rokel is a great salesman, courteous, patient, and split his time evenly among customers. I found a car online I wanted to view. I called to discuss it with the dealership. They emailed me every day until I found time to drive the 20 minutes to their dealership during my lunch hour. Before I left, I called and confirmed the model which only had 17 miles and the price. When I got there and looked at the car, it had over 700 miles with obvious wear and the sales manager gives me a higher price! I told him I had a price over the phone that was over $1000 less. When I called later to discuss the difference, I got some story about the Internet people quoting a different model. Whatever. Then, the sales guy suggests I log a complaint on their website and maybe I'll get my price. Seriously? I will never waste my time with this dealership again. More
