We were greeted by Dylan within a few minutes of entering the dealership. He was friendly and polite and was able to answer all of our questions. This was the 3rd car dealership that we'd visited within a few weeks' time, and my husband and I really appreciated how Dylan was easy going and not pushy or aggressive. It really spoke to his character when my husband asked him why we should buy a Honda over its competitors and Dylan flat out refused to bad mouth the other car brands! We bravely brought two children with us to look at cars that day, so when they became hungry and tired and ready to go home, Dylan offered to let us take the car out to eat so we could get a better feel for it and even told us we could take it home to make sure it would fit in our garage (one of our concerns.) What service! We returned about an hour later having decided that we probably wanted to purchase that evening, as long as we could find a vehicle with the upgrades that we liked and for a price we knew to be fair. My husband and I had been researching cars and prices and knew what would be a fair price and what would make us happy. We were so pleased when we started talking numbers to learn that Dylan genuinely seemed to be on OUR SIDE, wanting to make us happy and not just make the most money possible off of us! I really appreciated the fact that he wasn't pushy at all. The process of buying a car always takes time, and unfortunately because we had to take time to grab dinner, we ended up keeping Dylan, the sales manager, and the business manager from the financing department past closing time by over an hour! We felt so awful that we were keeping them late, but they were all so nice about it. I couldn't believe it! I'm not sure I could have been so nice after being kept at work that late, but it definitely made our car buying experience that much better. Everyone was so nice to my children and hospitable to me and my husband the entire time. Sometimes it's the little things. I am SO happy with my new car and will definitely recommend this dealership!! More
