I went to West County Honda with the hopes of purchasing a Honda CR-V during the summer clearance sale. Although Dylan Hubler was busy helping other customers, he made time to help not only me, but also my a Honda CR-V during the summer clearance sale. Although Dylan Hubler was busy helping other customers, he made time to help not only me, but also my dad and my fiance. At 7pm at the end of a long day, Dylan pulled not one, not two, but three cars for all three of us to test drive. Hours went by, way past closing time, and Dylan and the rest of the West County Honda team, including the manager and Dave, but especially Dylan, were there to help us negotiate and select the perfect car for me. I left the dealership that evening completely satisfied with the customer service, the attention we received from the entire team and Dylan's personal attention. That evening we bought a Honda CR-V and the possibility that my father would buy a Honda Accord. The Honda Accord that my dad wanted was not currently at the dealership. The next day, Dylan called me personally to let me know that my Honda CR-V was ready to be picked up. He also informed me that he personally went to pick up the Honda Accord from separate dealership so that my dad wanted and drove it back to the dealership so that my dad could simply test drive the car. There was no guarantee that my dad was going to buy the Honda Accord at that time and Dylan still went to the separate dealership, drove the Accord back to West County Honda, just so that my dad could test drive the car. Because of Dylan's thoughtfulness, and the sincerity of all of the sales consultants at West County Honda, my dad bought a brand new Honda Accord. We are so happy with the service we received at West County Honda and would highly recommend any person looking for a new car to visit West County Honda and work with Dylan Hubler.
