Mike Banaskavich was our sales person, he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and committed! He gave me his card with his cell number I assumed that was a "sales" thing. They called as promised to set up my service appointment to address the "we owe you" items we discussed prior to the sale. I got the call 2 weeks later to bring it in. Although there were some serious issues with the Service Department, Mike answered his cell when I called him at 7:00 a.m. with the concerns I had with the service department. Mike not only answered my call before his "working" hours he also made calls to get my issues addressed and called me back. I was beyond impressed with Mike and I think WCH is very lucky to have stolen him from Mungenast! The Service Department needs a lesson in Customer Service & Fulfillment. My car was supposed to be detailed, few other things (front end related) addressed and another part (I Broke ) fixed during it's 4 day stay at WCH. Needless to say I went to pick up my car Monday after being called Saturday that it was ready to find that not only did they say it wasn't ready but they couldn't locate my keys. I waited 45 minutes to find out that someone had taken it to get some "finishing touches" so it wasn't lost nor mia just left hand not talking to the right. Either way I pull out of the lot in my beautiful car (they detailed the out side) just to realize they didn't fix the thing I had broke and nor did they detail the inside. I was extremely disappointed. They had my car (Odyssey Touring Ellie) for 4 days gave me their loaner (thankful but it was a serious down grade from my car) either way asked several times during my car's stay if it had been detailed. Was told yes over and over. Even with cost estimates on the part I broke and approved the charges for to be fixed. Anyway after the long drawn out ordeal mind you all of this "service" stuff happened today. I called and spoke to the Service Manager he was beyond helpful and apparently his guys just need to take a page from his book. He offered to come get my car (45 minute drive away) and fix it completely in 1 day. He also will bring it back to me. Now that's customer service. So although I did have a very bad experience with the service department initially I must say they're really trying to make up for it and the sales team (Mike Banaskavich) is beyond impressive! Between the service manager Brian and Mike they beyond met my expectations. I was really dreading this whole must fight for it to be right thing, but I'll say this it wasn't much of a fight they cared that it wasn't right! Impressive! More

I had phoned ahead of my desire to buy a car and gave them the information on the vehicle I was trading in. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Woody and through the whole process, Woody n them the information on the vehicle I was trading in. After receiving the offer, I shopped at four other dealerships, Bommorito, Napelton, Frank Leta and Frontenac. West County gave me the best deal - "the out the door" (OTD) price without trying to sell me all the add-ons, such as: Fabric guard, paint sealant, 2 yr. maintenance, etc. They never pressured me into buying the car with the add-ons like the other dealers did. One even went so far as to not even put in writing what they were offering as their price, without me first agreeing to make the deal. I can not say enough about Woody's attention both before the sale and after the sale when I called for several questions after I received the car. By far the best sales experience I have ever had. My salesman, Chris, and I did all the negotiation of the price on the phone and it only took a few minutes. He called and asked me what I wanted and what my trade in was, and what price I was expecting. The purchase and trade-in price were exactly what Kelly Blue Book and NADA said they should be and we wrapped up the negotiation over the phone in minutes. He even offered to take a deposit for the car over the phone since it was not yet at his store but I elected to come in and do it in person. Once at West County I even changed my mind about the color I wanted and Chris happily found the one I wanted, which happened to be in the process of being built. Over the next couple of weeks Chris sent me text messages on a consistent basis to let me know where the car was in the process, even going as far as taking a picture of the shipping manifest and texting it to me. Once the car was in he set it aside, I came in and test drove it, and took it home in almost no time. Chris was extremely friendly, laid back, communicative; basically the opposite of what you would expect from a car salesman. I would recommend him to anyone buying a new Honda. I've bought a lot of cars in my life and it's rare to have a good sales experience, but Chris made it happen. More
I bout a Honda pilot from mr brooks and he was honest, courteous, and seem to really enjoy his job. You find a lot of salesmen who just want to sell a car and make their money but you have those like mr b courteous, and seem to really enjoy his job. Well, I went into West County Honda looking for a new well priced Honda accord. What I got out of the deal was great service by Chris Brooks and a new Honda Accord.
