For three weeks after I bought a car from them I had to keep calling to find out when the trust stay away of this place. The service is simply awful. On the final big day when I went to pick the ar up, I left empty handed, as the ar that was waiting for me was dirty. I do not know what they did when the odyssey before they tried to deliver it to me, but it looked like it was used to transport something really nasty. The car had over 600 miles already on it. This is the third Honda Odyssey I have purchased. The first two were basic vans, this one is a quantum leap past the other two. The electronics are amazing, and a little difficult to understand. The features of the car are incredible, particularly the safety features and the GPS. It would surprise me if another car with those features, ride and looks could be obtained for that price. It definitely helped that we bought a 2013 car in February of 2014. The salesman was low pressure about selling the car and selling options to add to the car. He answered all of our questions. After the car was sold, he recovered items we had left in our trade in. He was on time for an appointment that he made at our convenience to teach us about the car. Most importantly he spent as long as we needed explaining how to operate the many features of the car and making sure that we could operate those features. More
