Awful I would avoid this dealer at all costs. I understand negotiating price, but I perceived their practices as dishonest. After my initial visit, I was I would avoid this dealer at all costs. I understand negotiating price, but I perceived their practices as dishonest. After my initial visit, I was honest with the salesperson that their price was so out of line with other dealers that I was not planning to return. They called me daily for several days and each day the price dropped. When they called with a new incentive that dropped the price by almost half from the initial quote, I decided to return and see what the new price truly bought me. It turns out, they misquoted me and could not honor that price. After all of my experiences, the dealer sent a feedback survey with 3 links. The only link that worked was the link to leave a 5 star review on Yelp. The links for average or poor experiences were broken. I've heard from others of similar experiences at West County Honda. Buyer beware. More

First, the tail lights have I recently bought a 2014 Ford Focus SE from them. The car has a few problems with it but other than that, I love the car. First, the tail lights have heat damage which resulted in cracking. I never noticed this until I got home. Second, one of the light bulbs inside the headlights is burnt out. So I called them to have them fix it. In short, the sales manager told me that it isn't his problem since they already went so low on the car. What??? You sold me a car with damaged parts! Do not recommend going there. If they want to make things right with me, I am willing to talk. They can call me because I will never step foot or tell anyone to purchase a car from there until they make things right. More

Turns out that the wheel and tire were damaged, but i didn't feel at the time that your reps were being transparent, so despite I ordered the tire and wheel I left the shop and asked for a second opinion in a different place. It turned out it was the case, but is not good to leave a place with a sense of mistrust. Next, I was told the tire and wheel would be available between 3 to 5 days. I got it replaced on October 22nd (you do the math). In all those 17 days, I only received one phone call with a status. i called multiple times, I was always referred to a single rep and such person never answered the phone and never returned back my calls despite I left voice messages every time I called asking for a call return. The only reason the tire was replaced on the 22nd is because I called the parts department and they told me the parts were there and I schedule an appointment to get it replaced. Bottom line, the experience was so bad that I'd not recommend this place to anybody I know More
A wonderful experience & a great car! Dave Runge was a wonderful salesman! He went above & beyond what you usually see in a salesman. He's very honest; you can trust what he tells you. Dave Runge was a wonderful salesman! He went above & beyond what you usually see in a salesman. He's very honest; you can trust what he tells you. He worked hard to get us the best deal and made sure everything was perfect when we picked the car up. I will certainly go to him again when we purchase another car, and I will also tell our friends about him. I also liked the dealership itself, Michael Brewer- the General Sales Manager and Rick Deppen- the Finance Manager. More

Wednesday 9-7-16 I spoke with Darryl and paid for a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation. Darryl was very nice to work with. The rotation was not performed. I know this because my tires are marked specifically to determine if a rotation was actually performed. Friday 9-9-16 I dropped off my car for a paint recall. I spoke with Darryl and the assistant service manager about my tire rotation not being done. Again, Darryl was very nice to work with; however, neither Darryl nor the assistant service manager apologized for WCH’s mistake. I was told the rotation would be done while my car is at WCH for the paint recall. I was also told that someone would call me later in the day regarding the rotation and status of the paint recall. No one called me about the tire rotation or paint recall. Saturday 9-10-16 No one called about tire rotation or paint recall. Monday 9-12-16 A service rep from WCH called me to see how my service was on 9-7-16. I mentioned all the problems above. About 30 minutes after I spoke with the service rep, someone called me about the paint recall. I wonder how long it would have taken for someone to call my about the paint recall had I not spoken to the service rep. I called back and spoke to Jamie. Still no one has addressed the tire rotation not being performed. Since I was told my tires were rotated and they weren’t, how am I to know that WCH actually replaced my oil with full synthetic? Will I be driving almost double the miles on regular oil thinking it’s full synthetic? Will that damage my engine and cause future problems? Everyone knows they pay a premium to get work done at a dealership but the reason you pay the premium is for piece of mind that the work is done correctly. Why would I pay a premium to worry about if the service was done correctly or actually done at all? There are plenty of local shops that would love to have my business and will work to keep my business so I will not be returning to WCH. More
Be very careful! I purchased a vehicle here in 2013. At that time I also purchased an extended warranty. I've moved out of town so contacted the Warranty company dir I purchased a vehicle here in 2013. At that time I also purchased an extended warranty. I've moved out of town so contacted the Warranty company directly. They have NO record of the warranty paperwork. The amount for the warranty was rolled into my loan so West County Honda received the funds, but I don't have a warranty. I have left several messages, but no one at West County will call me back. Next step is AG's office, but thought I would alert any one thinking about purchasing an extended warranty. If you already purchased one, you might want to make sure it actually exists. More
