Used car purchase I have walked into 4 dealerships prior to WCH and was only spoken to by one. Immediately Austin greeted us and brought vehicle I was interested in fo I have walked into 4 dealerships prior to WCH and was only spoken to by one. Immediately Austin greeted us and brought vehicle I was interested in for test drive. Agreed to a deal quickly. Had to wait for finance but overall experience was better than usual. Austin did a great job explaining features of vehicle even though it wasn't a Honda. Would definitely recommend to others. More

Horrible Horrible.... Got Robbed.. They charge $600 to fix door of my Honda Odessey and changed all rollers. Since day 1 after service I am having same issue I Horrible.... Got Robbed.. I visited them again and that says I have to pay extra for more repair. They are robbing .. And again, they said engine of my van has leak and I need to spend $2000 to fix it. I got it check at other place and they found no issue with it. Beware of West county Honda. And again when I post above review on other website they saw it and gave me call and told me that they don't want to do any business with me. I should go somewhere else. Rude!!! Dishonest!!! Robbers!!! More

I was there on 2 different occasions, watched and observed management attitude. Not good, especially towards their so-called "team." Bad for business. Can't be trusted. More

I looked at a Lexus RX350 at this dealer, the instant I pulled off th The only reason I gave them one star is because you cannot give them zero stars. I looked at a Lexus RX350 at this dealer, the instant I pulled off the lot to test drive it you could hear a massive metal grinding noise. This was NOT a subtle noise, not only should a trained technician have been able to hear it, someone without any mechanical experience would not have been able to miss it. I immediately took the vehicle back and told them they had a problem but if they fixed it I would be happy to come back and test drive it again. The hard sell started immediately, "IF" we fix it what would you give us for it? I told them if they fixed it I would come back and test drive it. I got a call from the Sales person the next day, "IF" we fix it are you serious about buying it? I told him that IF they even considered not fixing it, I wouldn't have any interest in doing business with them based on honesty and integrity issues, that if they had a broken vehicle on their lot that the KNEW was broken and didn't fix it, they were not people I would care to do business with. I get calls back 4 days in a row after that, the last couple from the Sales Manager asking IF they fixed it....... I called back a couple days ago and every day since leaving a voice message asking about the status of the vehicle and if it was fixed, no one has called me back. I would avoid this dealer like the plague! They have broken vehicles on their lot that they are trying desperately to sell to unsuspecting consumers. They are not a dealer you can trust. More
