It was one of the best car buying experien 0 stars for Dealer Rater! I recently purchased a brand new 2024 Honda HRV Sport from West County Honda. It was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had thanks to my salesman, Michael Knollhoff. Mike was very professional and knowledgeable not pushy in any way. I highly recommend anyone in the market for a new car to go see Mike! I wish I could remember the name of the finance guy. He also was very professional. Usually the meeting in the back office with the finance person is the most dreaded part of buying a new car. But this guy simply explained the add on options as he is probably required to do but was not pushy in anyway, and didn’t get upset when I didn’t buy anything extra. Overall the whole buying experience from test drive to signing the paperwork was one of the best ever for me. Trying to submit a review on Dealer Rater is an another story. After my second attempt, I remembered doing this a few years ago. Take my advice and write your review on your notepad app then copy and paste it, because it’s probably going to kick you out without telling you if it posted or not. My apologies if there are similar posts by me. More
